Our mission is to create a seamless process for potential DVT'ers. We have a recruitment team dedicated to the various clusters within the business. Together, our team of Talent Acquisition Specialists has close to 100 years of collective experience within the IT field, specialising in different niches.
From the initial screening call to the technical challenge, interview, and offer stage; you will be provided with feedback at every turn.
How we hire
Getting to know you/Intro Call
We find your CV, We love your CV, then set up an intro call/Video with one of our recruiters. You get a clear understanding of who DVT is, What we are up to, and more on our dynamic culture.
Manager’s interview
An interview is set up with a Practice Head. Here you get into the Nitty gritty of DVT, projects, technologies used, and what you could expect from day to day at DVT.
Show us your skills
The Recruiter will then send you one of our technical challenges to complete in a language of your choice. Once completed it will be reviewed and feedback will be provided.
Final chat
Should everything go well. An OFFER will be presented, and you are well on your way to becoming a crewmate!!
