We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Job requirements
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Platform
Strong understanding of data integration technologies, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other relational databases
Familiarity with source control tools (e.g., GitHub, TFS, SVN)
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python for extending automation capabilities
Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and integration of third-party services
Understanding of OCR, NLP, AI/ML concepts, and intelligent automation tools such as AI Builder
Solid foundation in .NET Framework or equivalent programming environments
Knowledge of workflow-based logic, process mapping, and business process optimisation
Experience in project and change management, especially in IT implementations and UAT coordination
Ability to simplify complex problems and translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyse and optimise business processes for automation opportunities across various RPA platforms
Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
Maintain and enhance existing automation scripts and workflows, ensuring alignment with change control protocols
Create and manage technical documentation, including solution architecture, process flows, and user guides
TEAM
Mentor junior developers and automation analysts, promoting best practices and troubleshooting support
Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to assess feasibility and gather requirements
Support deployment and testing of automation solutions across development, staging, and production environments
PRODUCT
Deliver innovative automation solutions that drive digital transformation and business value
Stay current with emerging RPA technologies and evolving customer needs
Define and implement best practices for managing automation parameters, queues, and schedules
Provide accurate time and cost estimates for automation initiatives
DELIVERABLES
Establish and manage scalable RPA architecture for enterprise-level automation
Design modular, reusable, and maintainable automation components
Promote coding standards, performance optimisation, and governance compliance
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks with scalable technical solutions
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / Recognised qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and automation technologies
Minimum 4 years of experience in business process analysis and optimisation
Ability to create Process Design Documents and Solution Design Documents for automation projects
Certifications in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer, Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Professional) are preferred but not mandatory
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced troubleshooting capabilities
