Job requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
5+ years' experience in a change management role for the intermediate level role
3 years IT Project management experience (desirable)
Relevant Bachelor’s and/or Post-graduate degree
Integrating change activities to business strategy
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
Change methodologies, principles and approaches
Project management methodologies and approaches
Agile methodologies
Knowledge or organisational models and strategy
Knowledge of systems thinking / theory
Accreditation
Stakeholder analysis, engagement plan and management.
Change impact assessment, mitigation tactics and management.
Develop and execute a change management plan.
Evaluating the impact of planned organizational change.
Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics.
