We employ highly - skilled individuals (both permanently and on long term contract) in the fields of Business Analysis, Process Consulting, Business Architecture, Project Management, Change Management, Development (Java 7 and .Net) and Software Quality Assurance. Job requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years' experience in a change management role for the intermediate level role

  • 3 years IT Project management experience (desirable)

  • Relevant Bachelor’s and/or Post-graduate degree

  • Integrating change activities to business strategy

  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)

  • Change methodologies, principles and approaches

  • Project management methodologies and approaches

  • Agile methodologies

  • Knowledge or organisational models and strategy

  • Knowledge of systems thinking / theory

  • Accreditation

  • Stakeholder analysis, engagement plan and management.

  • Change impact assessment, mitigation tactics and management.

  • Develop and execute a change management plan.

  • Evaluating the impact of planned organizational change.

  • Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactics.
